Box & Burn Fitness
Box & Burn is one of the most fun fitness circuits that we have to offer here at our Lee’s Summit gym. Similar in nature to the workouts that your favorite MMA athlete might follow, this fun class features a mixture of martial arts-inspired functional movement and functional weight lifting movements.

During the Box & Burn fitness circuit, you can expect to maintain an elevated heart rate and burn calories. This high-intensity workout shares all of the best qualities of HIIT programs and circuit training while including fun and interesting workouts.

Success Fitness
Success Fitness is a class that we offer in our Lee’s Summit gym that focuses on one or more muscle groupings a day — leading to a full body workout by the end of the week. This workout includes cardio, core, and functional movement circuits that are sure to have you shedding calories fast.
